SUB CONSCIOUS MIND AND HABITS

You start using your mobile in morning when you wake up,go to parties with your friends even if  you don't want to go.This is your subconscious mind which tries to make you happy the habits you are addicted to is actually the influence of subconscious mind. Our brain has two parts in  general one is  subconscious contain about 60-70 percent .When we continuously  do some work on daily basis it become the part of your subconscious mind and you do that without interpreting it with  your right Brian.this is the reason you watch your mobile.             The best way to using your conscious mind is to change your routine as it is the only point where you can change your habit. Habit is the result of a work you do again and again on daily basis so to stop bad Habits you need to shift it from subconscious to conscious in order to become free from bad habits working like a silent killer.
